Popis

Die KOBOLD-Typen der Baureihe NCW sind kapazitive Füllstandswächter zur Überwachung von Flüssigkeiten in Behältern. Sie bestehen aus der Messsonde und einem Anschlusskopf mit steckbarem Auswertemodul. Je nach Applikation stehen verschiedene Sonden zur Auswahl:

  • eine Einstabsonde für Standardanwendungen
  • eine Zweistabsonde mit einem PVDF Anschlussgewinde für nichtmetallische Tanks bzw. aggressive Medien
  • eine Einstabsonde mit äußerem Referenzrohr für nichtmetallische Tanks oder Medien mit geringer Dielektrizitätskonstante und
  • eine Einstabsonde mit abgesetztem Anschlusskopf für Mediumstemperaturen bis 200 °C.

Alle Geräte haben keine mechanisch bewegten Teile und unterliegen somit kaum mechanischem Verschleiß. Das steckbare Auswertemodul kann leicht ausgetauscht werden und macht die Geräte absolut wartungsfreundlich.
